How do I get paid when my holiday sells?+
The buyer pays Transfer My Trip when the booking is reserved. After the booking is successfully transferred into the buyer’s name and confirmed, we securely release your funds. This protects both you and the buyer.
What is the law on transferring a holiday?+
Under Regulation 9 of the Package Travel Regulations 2018, UK travellers have a legal right to transfer a package holiday to another person. The organiser must allow the transfer as long as you give reasonable notice (usually at least 7 days before departure) and the new traveller meets the booking requirements. They may charge a reasonable transfer fee, but they cannot refuse a valid transfer request.
